Bojana Drobnjak is the founder of Drobnjak Legal & Partners law firm. Her practice focuses predominantly on corporate law, bankruptcy and restructuring, corporate disputes, and banking and finance services. Acquiring notable expertise in construction law and corporate governance, with a special emphasis on corporate restructuring, commercial litigation, and factoring transactions enabled her to gain valuable confidence in those fields. In acquisition of Cyrus Energy – LP Gas, she was a leading legal advisor. Being a certified Data Protection Officer (DPO), was also a good chance of demonstrating proficiency in emerging areas such as ESG and GDPR compliance. Actively participating in numerous construction and infrastructure projects, including Serbia's E-Government Development Program, immensely enhanced her experience.
Internationally, Bojana has conducted non-litigation proceedings in the UK, represented clients in transactions before Lloyds Bank and National Westminster Bank (NatWest) and participated in arbitration in Moscow. Throughout her extensive career, she has advised major corporations and foreign investors on corporate governance, financial transactions, foreign exchange operations, and large-scale bankruptcies of corporations and financial institutions.
Having graduated from the Faculty of Law, University of Belgrade, she completed her master's studies on ''The Role of the Board of Directors in the Acquisition Process of a Joint-Stock Company'' and is currently pursuing her PhD in Law at the same institution. Bojana is a non-affiliated visiting lecturer in the fields of commercial and intellectual property law at the Faculty of Business Studies and Law, Union University Nikola Tesla, as well. Having completed her law practice as an associate at Strahinja Kastratović`s law office in Belgrade, she undertook a professional practice at UNIQA Versicherung in Austria as a scholarship holder of the Zoran Đinđić Fund, subsequently working at UNIQA non-life insurance in Belgrade as a legal advisor.
Throughout her career, Bojana has participated in a number of domestic and international conferences and professional development programs. Ms. Drobnjak completed a six-month training program in political skills and communications at the National Democratic Institute (NDI) and was a regular participant in international forum on entrepreneurship and investment in Morocco.
Bojana is a member of the Belgrade Bar Association.
